Choosing ACT!

The FedEx team began looking for a project manager to help resolve this problem, but Alan had an idea. He had used ACT! in the past, but had not seen recent versions. He visited the ACT! Web site and was impressed by the new features and enhancements to ACT! since he had last reviewed the product.

Based on the functionality and several key features of ACT!, he thought it would be the perfect project and contact manager for his group:

- Groups-the IS team groups their contacts and names the group by the project name.
- Ease of customization.
- Ability to attach files to both contact and group records.
