Want to Become an ACT! Certified Consultant? The ACT! Certified Consultant course is designed to give students the tools to perform high levels of installation and trouble-shooting of the ACT! product. Students will learn about data importation, database repair, e-mail integration, report administration, and synchronization for the enterprise system. Once a student has successfully completed the certification process, they will have unlimited access to technical support, a listing on the consultant's page on the ACT! website, a copy of the Knowledgebase in a Lotus Notes format, and several other benefits.
